DUTIES OF REVIEWERS
Peer review enables editors to make objective and well-informed editorial decisions, while at the same time allowing authors to improve the clarity, coherence, and academic rigour of their manuscripts. JLRI implements a double anonymous peer review system that ensures impartiality and reinforces academic integrity. Editors carefully appoint reviewers whose expertise is relevant to the subject matter, which ensures that each submission undergoes a thorough and fair evaluation. Reviewers provide objective and evidence-based feedback that helps to enhance the overall quality of the manuscript and ensures that it aligns with the journal’s scope and contributes meaningfully to the discourse on national resilience. By offering critical insight, reviewers support authors in refining the structure of their manuscripts, strengthening their arguments, and applying sound research methodology.

Mission. JLRI strives to maintain academic excellence through a rigorous peer review process that upholds the quality, credibility, and scholarly relevance of each published article.
Vision. The JLRI aims to provide a platform for scholars and professionals to contribute original, diverse, and multidisciplinary perspectives that shape the evolving discourse on national resilience.
Values.  JLRI values the diverse academic and geographical backgrounds of its reviewers and promotes a culture of professionalism, fairness, and intellectual respect in every review. Constructive, critical, and respectful feedback is considered essential in advancing scholarly dialogue and fostering author development.
Ethics. JLRI requires that all documents and communications related to the peer review process, including invitations, manuscripts, and reviewer comments, are treated as strictly confidential. Reviewers must not disclose any part of the review content to others unless they receive written permission from the editorial team. This confidentiality remains binding even after the article is published.
