<p><strong>Purpose: </strong>This research examines the alignment between Prophet Yusuf's historical food security strategies and modern Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks to inform contemporary food security policies.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>A qualitative analysis of historical texts, including interpretations by scholars such as Al-Qurtubi (2008) and Al-Tabari (2009), was conducted to extract key components of Prophet Yusuf's strategies. These components were then compared with current ERM principles to assess their applicability in today's policy context.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The analysis reveals that methods such as predictive risk assessment, strategic grain storage, sustainable resource management, waste reduction, and contingency planning closely mirror modern ERM practices. Integrating these historical strategies can enhance the resilience and effectiveness of current food security policies.</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>This study bridges historical analysis and modern risk management, offering a unique perspective on the relevance of ancient practices in addressing contemporary food security challenges. <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>To analyse how historical and geostrategic perspectives influence Indonesia's national resilience in overcoming domestic and global challenges.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>A qualitative descriptive-analytical method was applied by examining historical records, constitutional principles, and geostrategic frameworks related to resilience.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>Indonesia's resilience integrates ideology, politics, economics, socio-culture, and defence. Pancasila serves as ethical guidance, the 1945 Constitution establishes legal frameworks for security, and Archipelago Insights provide a unified geopolitical vision. Historical events confirm Indonesia's ability to resist colonialism and internal conflicts. Collaboration among societal elements is essential to counter shocks and sustain national stability.</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>This research provides a comprehensive view of resilience through historical and geostrategic lenses. <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>This study explores the critical role of Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and strengthening national resilience. It aims to highlight the originality and significance of RS and GIS as strategic tools for spatial data collection, analysis, and visualization.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>This research employs a qualitative methodology based on a literature review and case studies. The study evaluates the application of RS and GIS in various sectors, including disaster mitigation, environmental preservation, and resource optimization.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>The findings indicate that RS and GIS significantly contribute to SDGs by facilitating actions on climate change, biodiversity conservation, equitable resource distribution, and poverty alleviation. Additionally, RS and GIS strengthen national resilience through economic optimization, ecological disaster mitigation, conflict resolution, and strategic area monitoring.</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>This study underscores the integrative role of RS and GIS in aligning SDGs and national resilience objectives, offering practical implications for decision-making across multiple sectors. <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>Cybercrime poses an escalating threat to national security, necessitating stronger multilateral cooperation to address cybersecurity governance gaps. This analysis examines how strategic collaboration, legal harmonisation, and intelligence-sharing enhance cyber resilience while identifying key challenges and opportunities in reinforcing national vigilance against cyber threats.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>A qualitative approach with a comprehensive literature review of primary and secondary sources provides a structured assessment. A SWOT analysis evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in global cybercrime cooperation, while a deductive analytical approach refines cybersecurity models using contemporary empirical data. This methodological framework offers policy insights into the effectiveness of international cyber governance strategies.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> Multilateral cooperation strengthens cyber resilience by facilitating intelligence-sharing, legal alignment, and coordinated cyber defences. Countries with integrated cybersecurity frameworks exhibit stronger defensive capabilities. However, regulatory inconsistencies, trust deficits, and technological gaps hinder collaboration. Addressing these barriers requires harmonised cybersecurity policies, enhanced cyber diplomacy, and joint capacity-building initiatives to improve global cybersecurity governance.</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>The analysis advances cybersecurity governance research by integrating SWOT analysis and deductive reasoning to evaluate multilateral strategies. Unlike previous studies that focus on unilateral or regional cybersecurity policies, this research highlights globally adaptive frameworks that reinforce national security. <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>This study examines the role of Indonesian constitutional law in fostering national resilience amid evolving global challenges, including pandemics, climate change, and cyber threats. It aims to analyse how the 1945 Constitution supports national resilience and identify legal gaps that limit its effectiveness. The research also explores potential constitutional reforms to enhance Indonesia’s preparedness and response capacity to modern risks.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>This research employs a normative juridical approach, focusing on doctrinal analysis of legal texts to evaluate constitutional provisions, legislative frameworks, and judicial interpretations. Key legal instruments, such as the 1945 Constitution, national security laws, and disaster management regulations, are critically assessed. Comparative analysis with international constitutional models provides insights into best practices for integrating resilience-focused legal principles.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The findings highlight Indonesia’s constitutional strengths, particularly its emphasis on sovereignty, human rights, social welfare, and governance stability. However, gaps remain, especially in addressing digital security, climate resilience, and transnational threats. The lack of explicit constitutional provisions on these issues, coupled with weak enforcement mechanisms, limits Indonesia’s ability to anticipate and respond effectively. This study recommends constitutional amendments to incorporate cyber resilience, climate change adaptation, and pandemic preparedness while strengthening judicial oversight and public participation in legal reforms.</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>This study contributes to academic and policy discourses by reinforcing the role of constitutional law in sustaining national resilience. It provides practical recommendations for constitutional reform, aligning Indonesia’s legal framework with global standards while addressing local vulnerabilities. <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>This study seeks to explore Indonesia's initiatives to combat human trafficking, particularly within the fisheries industry, which poses a significant threat to national security. Furthermore, Indonesia's national reputation is jeopardized by the Benjina case, which has garnered international scrutiny. This situation also threatens national resilience, especially if local fisheries products are subjected to boycotts in the global market.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>Employs the 4Ps framework—comprising Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, and Partnership—as a lens through which to analyze Indonesia's initiatives in combating human trafficking. Furthermore, this research adopts a qualitative methodology, drawing upon secondary data to systematically map the measures that have been implemented in this specific industry</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>Indonesia's initiatives have successfully met at least half of the indicators in each category of the framework. However, several challenges persist, including the lack of specific legislation addressing cases within this industry and the absence of reports on programs. This makes it challenging to evaluate their effectiveness.Top of FormBottom of Form</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>The 4Ps framework serves as a global benchmark for assessing the initiatives undertaken by countries to combat human trafficking. However, the scarcity of literature surrounding this framework presents a significant gap in existing research. It explores how the youth population, as the largest productive demographic group, can be mobilised to preserve, adapt, and innovate traditional cultural practices amidst globalisation and societal transformations. The study also analyses how policy interventions, education, and digital advancements can ensure cultural sustainability and strengthen national identity for future generations.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>This research adopts a qualitative approach, employing a literature review and case study analysis. Data were collected through an extensive review of demographic trends, national policies, and cultural resilience strategies. <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>This study aims to examine the impact of hoax news on the perceptions and attitudes of social media users in Indonesia and to identify the factors influencing their responses to such misinformation.</p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach: </strong>The research employs a survey method, complemented by a literature review. Respondents are categorised based on age, gender, education level, frequency of social media use, and the type of social media platform they engage with.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>The study’s findings indicate that the majority of respondents use social media for more than one hour daily and frequently encounter hoax news. The impact of hoaxes is substantial and can influence public behaviour. When faced with hoax news, respondents typically seek verification from credible sources or choose to ignore it. Education level and age significantly affect an individual’s ability to distinguish hoaxes from factual information. Furthermore, intelligence and attentiveness in processing received information play a crucial role in detecting misinformation. Therefore, digital literacy is essential in equipping individuals with the skills to identify and mitigate the spread of hoax news.</p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong>This research contributes to the understanding of how hoax news on social media shapes public perception and attitudes in Indonesia. The study highlights the importance of digital literacy as a key measure in strengthening resilience against misinformation in the digital age. By addressing the role of education and cognitive awareness, the findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and social media users on the need for proactive strategies to combat hoax news. <p><strong>Purpose</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: The aim of this article is to reviews the literature related to the Global Maritime Fulcrum (GMF) policy initiated by President Joko Widodo at the beginning of his administration in 2014. The research identifies the challenges faced by the transition of President Joko Widodo administration from 2014 to 2019 to cover maritime policy.</span></p> <p><strong>Study Design/Methodology/Approach</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: This article employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Literature sources such as journal articles, opinion pieces, books, and documents from relevant ministries and agencies are utilized to analyze the trends in the development of PMD policy during the second half of President Joko Widodo's administration.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Findings</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: The findings indicate that most recent literature suggests a shift in priorities during President Joko Widodo's second term (2014-2019) concerning the GMF policy. This shift is evident from the decreasing focus on GMF in various speeches and governmental policies, alongside a greater emphasis on land-based infrastructure and economic development rather than maritime. The article categorizes the factors contributing to this shift into two major groups: external challenges and internal challenges. The primary external challenge currently faced by Indonesia is the increasing aggressiveness of China in the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the internal challenges include the limitations of military budgets, the COVID-19 pandemic, the allure of China's economic incentives, and a lack of coordination among related ministries and agencies. </span></p> <p><strong>Originality/Value: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">The study underscores the need on GMF issues should focus more on the prioritization of GMF programs.
